Acoustic Avenue is a successful pop and jazz project based in Karlsruhe, Germany. While everybody keeps talking about the "the Big Jazz Revival" including artists such as Michael Bublé, Jamie Cullum and Norah Jones, Acoustic Avenue has not only kept up with "the originals" but has also managed to create its own personal sound and style. With his extraordinary voice and charisma, Sebastian Schwarzbach, singer and guitarist of the group adds a very special touch to the songs. Accompanied by his well-rehearsed rhythm-group, Alex Nagel (piano), Andi Nolte (drums) and Wlad Larkin (bass), he provides the credibility needed to guarantee audiences a fantastic experience. After 7 years of touring in Germany and Europe, Acoustic Avenue has introduced a brand-new horn-section, giving the band the opportunity to present it's songs in true "Big Band Style" for the first time. The horn-section including Tommy Engelhardt (sax), Klaus Buchner (sax), and Didi Sonntag (trumpet) adds an extra dose of glamour to the easy-going sound of Acoustic Avenue. The listener can expect not just the elegant swing of the "Sinatra-Era", Motown classics but also Acoustic Avenue’s own charming titles with hit character. With their new album "Walkin’ In The Park" Acoustic Avenue has taken a huge step forward towards an international career. Acoustic Avenue plays more than 100 shows a year and manages to impress their audience every time.
