Alice Chater is a British singer, songwriter, and dancer. After graduating from Italia Conti, a meeting with will.i.am led to her signing with Virgin EMI Records in the UK and Capitol Records in the US, she released some singles under the label, debuting her first single "GIRLS X BOYS" under the name "alice" in April 2018. Her second single, "Heartbreak Hotel" followed in July; she returned to using her full name not long after the single’s release to avoid confusion with similarly-named artists. "Hourglass" and the previously teased "Wonderland (My Name is Alice)" were later released in October 2018. Alice grew a lot in 2019, allowing her to create a solid fanbase through social media. That same year Alice released "Thief" and "Tonight" as singles and featured on the track "Got It All" with Professor Green which was her most played and best-positioned song in the UK so far. Australian rapper Iggy Azalea expressed interest in collaborating with the singer via Twitter, bringing us the single "Lola" in November 2019. In May 2020, she released "Two Of Us" and "Pretty In Pink" in July the same year as the singles for her first Extended Play "Aries" released in August 2020. After a 4 year hiatus without music, in July 2024, Alice revealed she left her label and signed a new contract with Epic Records and RZ3 Recordings and that she is working on an album. On July 19, "Don't Let My Boyfriend Get In Your Way" was released as the lead single, in its music video the singer teased her second single "COME ALIVE" which was released later in October 2024.
