Many people ask where the name BA'AL comes from. BAAL was the first book written by Bertolt Brecht and it’s purism initially inspired us to use that name as our bandname. Further-more the figure of BA'AL in mythology and history was the icing on the cake that made the choice of that band name perfect. 3)Formed in Sheffield in 2016, blackened post metal quintet Ba'al have built a reputation for intense live experiences in their hometown and a number of festivals across the north.
