Becoming Rome are a four piece metalcore band formed in mid-2010 in Bristol, UK. All of the band members have played together in previous bands but decided a new start and new direction was necessary. Becoming Rome are looking to move outwards and tour with the release of their EP in 2012. Becoming Rome recorded their first self titled EP throughout September and October 2010 and was released for digital download (from most major online retailers) on 27th December 2010. In July 2011 they headed to the studio to record their single ‘In Arrogance’ with producer Chuck Creese (Evita, Trigger the Bloodshed). This was then released on their Facebook (www.facebook.com/BecomingRome) page for free download on 1st September 2011. They are heading back into the studio with Chuck Creese in February 2012 to record a 6 song EP that is due for release on the 8th April.
