Bryn is the name of more than one artist: 1) New Zealand musician 2) Punk singer 3) Jazz drummer 4) South Korean female rapper 1) Born in 1960, the son of a lighthouse keeper, Bryn spent his formative years in isolated areas of New Zealand. The music he listened to included the classical composers, swing, rock, british comedic music, and whatever happened to be playing on the radio. In 1973, he was enrolled in a boarding school and was introduced to Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, Deep purple, and Pink Floyd. This changed his view of music forever, and he began to play guitar. His output is sporadic at best, and is further handicapped by only using a four track tape recorder. He has never learned to notate and keeps all his music in his head. He has been a member of several unfamous bands and never felt that he was good enough to make it as a musician. The published works are more of a gesture at the rest of the world... "If I got the balls to do this, then what's your excuse?"
