With more than 10 years of experience, Camilo Franco is one of the best-known International & national DJs in Spain. He was born in Colombia but emigrated to Spain and began his DJing career, when he was only 15 years old. Since then he has worked non-stop in the best Spanish clubs,including the Balearic and Canary Islands,and also in the best European, Assian, Midle East, East Europe & African clubs. He has also been nominated at the Deejay Mags awards 2005, 2006 & 2007 for several categories (Best House DJ, Best remix, best production etc…).
In September 2002, he was chosen to represent the Lucky Strike brand on a promotional tour at the best clubs in Spain and was featured on the front pages of the most prestigious Spanish dance music mags; Deejay Mag, DJ1 and Danceworld . All of this led him to tour Italy with "Cafe del Mar" in the summer of 2003 with the result of Camilo DJing in the best clubs of the Adriatic coast. With many years of experience into the Balearic style and vibes, in Summer 2007 was a career changing point for Camilo as he is one of the residents at the new revelation party Cassagrande So Fresh! in Space-Ibiza . And also has gained a new residency at We Love Sundays at Space . He also was part of the line up at the “infamous” Space opening and closing for the 3rd year in a row.
Worth mentioning is his appearance at Custo's party at the Bread & Butter celebrated in Barcelona 2007, playing alongside Jose Nuñez (Subliminal). And also his residence at the popular parties Hat-Club (UK).
Camilo is currently a resident DJ at Space Ibiza, best club of the world winner for many years and he had a residence in Pacha-Valencia where was spotted by Erick Morillo and got invited to play at the Subliminal parties at Pacha Ibiza on summers 06 & 07. Has monthly residencies at The Image (Bilbao), Bataplan (San Sebastián), CDLC Barcelona.
