Charred Hearts are a UK punk band celebrating their 30th Anniversary in 2011. Originally formed in 1981 as The Corpses they changed their name to CHARRED HEARTS in 1983. In this early incarnation they played shows with bands like Chumbawumba,Subhumans,Action Pact,Newtown Neurotics and the like. This Swindon(UK) based band split up some years later to reform with original lineup in 2001. Since 2001 the band have undergone some lineup changes and the band now includes two original members, Dermot Fuller(vpcals) and Eamonn Treanor(bass) joined by Lee Fellows(gtr) and Sam Fuller(drums)--Sam is the lead singer's son! This lineup has proved to be the most dynamic yet and the boys have played all over the UK and toured Germany(twice),France,Spain and Finland. Charred Hearts will be appearing at Rebellion Festival for the third year running in 2011. Have played gigs/toured with Buzzcocks,999,Sham 69.Goldblade,GBH,Peter and the Test Tube Babies,ANWL and many more over the last few years. Released several CDs and appeared on many compilations.
