Concrete Disco make live electronic music. Playing an incendiary and spontaneous show that is captivating audiences across the country and beyond, the band bring the excitement and expressive energy of a live band to dance music. The band comprises blood brothers Joe and Dom, and musical brother and multi-instrumentalist Jonny Falls Over. The debut album "Work for your Living, Play for your Life" was released in September 2014. Released as two full length albums, one side features the band’s original material and numerous guests providing vocals alongside their own. The other will be given away as a free download and will take in re-workings of their own tunes mashed up with pop and hip-hop vocals. The album will give listeners an insight into Concrete Disco's spectacular live show. The sound is a party soundtrack with a darker edge. Combining driving drums, deep basslines and ethereal textures with crunching guitars, catchy vocals and glitchy mashups the trio have spawned the mutant offspring of Prodigy, Justice, Nirvana and Aphex Twin. They have taken their show to festivals such as Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party and Glade as well as venues across the UK including the Roundhouse and the Nest, supporting Deadmau5, Modestep, Plump DJs, Beardyman and Zane Lowe along the way.
