Digitized has two members; Michael Tuerk, 16, and Jared Geilich, 17. They met over the summer of 2005 and started making beautiful music together in 2010. Michael composes the background tracks for the songs, and Jared sings. They take turns writing lyrics and mixing the tracks. After creating their first song together (a cover of Lady Gaga's Paparazzi), they realized that their talents compliment each other incredibly well. They decided to produce our first original track, Wake Up. After that, they continued making songs, and now have a completed EP entitled Fading Dreams. They decided to release a free version of the album alongside the iTunes release for those who can't afford the music. Some of their influences include Owl City, Stephen Jerzak, The Ready Set, Hello Astronaut, The Morning Of, and Hellogoodbye.
