In 2005 Keith Brady turned his attention to the art of DJing. He began releasing mixed CDs that circulated the country up and down. These DJ Kaz CDs famously became the center of attention around Ireland on such radio talk shows such as The Adrian Kennedy Show, The Strawberry Alarm clock, The Marian Finucane Show and even The Late Late Show. Keith refused to make an appearance on either of these shows due to “a lack of technology”. Demand for DJ Kaz escalated and eventually in the summer of 2006 Keith began to tour on the condition he would only play in Co. Cavan because of “the recent advances in technology seen that summer”. Venues all over Cavan began booking DJ Kaz. People came from all over Ireland to see his performances. This quickly caught the attention of all the top nightclubs in Cavan and after manys days of negotiation DJ Kaz struck a deal with the Springs Niteclub on a two year contract believed to be worth 6.7 million. Thousands from around Ireland and abroad ventured to the Springs and the city of Crosskeys rapidly became a Clubland spot of the world alongside the likes of Ibiza, Miami, Ayia Napa, etc. Since the expiring of his contract with the Springs, DJ Kaz has played exclusive gigs in DKIT and Silence as well as Cavan. In addition to this he has started to share his master wisdom of DJing with lucky hopeful DKIT students along side Superstar DJ Chris McGrath. It is estimated that it cost 3 grand and only students from a rich successful backgrounds may apply for these lessons.
