Always named as a big talent, DJ Toxic also known as Philipp Braccini has grown up in a musical environment. He learned to play guitar early and had his first performances at the age of 12 with his Grunge band. In 1996, DJ Toxic started to spin records. He has composed his first tracks and was soon discovered by the label Free Power Records. In 2003, DJ Toxic had his first VIVA-TV-Hit "Secret Melody" with the Free Power Team. That was the moment when his career started. With "Secret Melody", the then 20-year-old DJ Toxic reached the top of the official Swiss Dance Charts. A little later, his second single "Sunlight" and then "It's killing me" followed. Both of them also reached Number 1 in the charts. With his first album "Anastasia", he was one of the first DJs who released a trance album with own songs only. The success was immediate. The number of his supporters grew constantly. His videos were played all day long, and he performed at big events in Switzerland and Europe, such as Nature One, Energy, Evolution, Goliath, Street Parade, and Mainstation. In addition, DJ Toxic appeared in well-known Swiss radio and television programmes. He also could prove his musical genius by playing unplugged one of his songs whenever he performed.
In 2004, DJ Toxic was nominated for the VIVA-Komet as the Best Newcomer National, together with stars like Adrian Stern and Greis. For the best national record, he won the Partyzoom Swiss Dance Music Award.
Only littler later, DJ Toxic released his second album "Echoes Of Nature" with the track release "Feel you again". His third album "Home" followed in 2005. In the meantime, his songs were released on various compilations. He presented his radio show "Free Power FM" on the channel Kanal K and made his fans happy with cool sets.
After this intensive time, DJ Toxic made a break and began to study audio engineering at the SAE in Zurich. He passed the exams with success. At the same time, he built a new studio in Dietikon, Zurich, as to produce various artists and gather experience in various music genres. His motivation: to get better, more mature and more successful. He has produced bands and artists and remixed tracks from the successful rock band "Jerx" (Universal). He also has made progress in the musical field.
In 2009, DJ Toxic founded his company "Toxic Art". After four years, DJ Toxic is back on the musical stage with much power and new songs.
