FIM formed in 2009 by childhood friends Nick Biddle, Willem Broad, and Brandon Rauch because they all just wanted to make music together. They all liked a lot of the same bands and artists and felt that creating a sound that channeled different styles and sounds would be interesting and a lot of fun. In 2011, FIM released an album called "Bumper To Bumper" that had a very focused punk rock vibe. They have played various shows in Los Angeles and surrounding city's such as Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Long Beach with bands such as White Arrows, Rumspringa, The Dig, and Audacity. In 2013, FIM released an ep called "Alien Beach Party" on 12" vinyl. Alien Beach Party was self-recorded and produced at different locations in L.A from apartment buildings to garages and mixed by Richard Huredia (Dr. Dre, Outkast). Rhea Fowler joined the band at this time to fill out some of the live elements and has become an integral member of the band. FIM is continuing to play shows in Los Angeles and surrounding cities. They are also always prolific in writing and recording and will have a new ep out very soon.
