GORDI - ex-Yugoslavian rock / Heavy Metal band The band was formed in Belgrade, Serbia (ex-Yugoslavia), in November 1977 by guitarist Zlatko Manojlović, a former "Džentlmeni", "Fleš" and "Dah" member. The first line-up of the band also featured Stevan Milutinović (drums), a former "Dogovor iz 1804", "Moira" and "Dah" member, Goran Manojlović (keyboards), a former "Dah" and "Land" member, and Dragan Janković (bass guitar), a former "Buket Mojih Prijatelja" member. On their five studio albums Manojlović is a complete songwriter. The band developed and changed their musical style over the years, having started as progressive rock band, then turning to rock-hard rock sound and ending up as Heavy Metal band. Although only their last two studio albums "Pakleni trio" ("Hell Trio") and "Kraljica smrti" ("Queen of Death") were truly Heavy Metal oriented, these are the albums for which Gordi are generally most remembered.
