Halo Blind is a band formed by York-based singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Chris Johnson who has been both a member of Mostly Autumn and Fish's band. Halo Blind were originally named Parade, but changed their name to avoid confusion with multiple other bands operating under the same name. They released one album titled The Fabric under that name. In addition to Johnson, the lineup for The Fabric consisted of Anne-Marie Helder on vocals, guitars and keyboards; Simon Snaize on guitars; Patrick Berry on bass guitars; and Gavin Griffiths on drums, who is the only other musician besides Johnson to continue on with the band. In 2014, Halo Blind released their second album entitled Occupying Forces which is the first under the band's current name. The material was written by Johnson and new member Andy Knights.
