Eighteen-year-old Imogen Clark is a folk/pop singer/songwriter from Sydney whose experience includes having been a grand finalist in the Telstra Road to Discovery, as well as a graduate of both the Australian Academy of Country Music and the NSW Talent Development Project. Having released two EPs of original music, Sky Stands Still (2010) and Under the Fairy Lights (2011), Imogen’s third EP Stories From A Porcelain City released early 2013 will be her first professionally recorded studio release, having now teamed up with Sydney producer Murray Sheridan and a band of experienced session musicians. Imogen has played live and been interviewed on Felicity Urquhart's ABC Saturday Night Country, Tamworth's 2TM, and Katoomba’s 89.1 BLU FM. As a result of her graduation from the Talent Development Project in 2012, Imogen has won the Jands Singer/Songwriter Award and has also had the opportunity to record original music at Sony Studios. Her long-spanning gigging experience has also included being a support act for Matt Corby, Jack Carty and The McClymonts, as well as playing pre-show entertainment for the Mumford & Sons, Paul Simon, Simple Minds and Carole King concerts at Sydney Entertainment Centre. In November 2012, Imogen performed on the main stage of the Entertainment Centre as a featured solo artist in the NSW Schools Spectacular, which was broadcast nationally on ABC TV. In March 2013, Imogen played to a packed house at Katoomba’s Clarendon Guesthouse for the Blue Mountains Folk Festival, receiving fantastic audience and industry feedback.
