Imperial Triumphant are a black metal/avant-garde metal band from New York City that formed in 2005. The band have released three full-length studio albums to date, as well as one demo and four EPs. Their most recent album, "Vile Luxury", was released through Gilead Media/Throatruiner Records in July 2018 to critical acclaim. The band play a highly dissonant, experimental form of black/death metal, influenced by jazz music and their home city of New York. The current lineup is Zachary Ilya Ezrin (vocals, guitar), Steve Blanco (bass, piano, synthesizer), and Kenny Grohowski (drums).
