Izzy's Daughter is a folk noir/acoustic singer songwriter with a nostalgic desire for love and loss. Influenced by celtic and other worldy sounds, the other worldly rawness of her material seeps under your skin, challenging your emotions in an honest, haunting sort of way. Singing since she could remember, Izzy's Daughter picked up a guitar during University in London and quickly found herself recording an EP with Mikee Goodman, later forming a band called 'Howling for Heaven' in Suffolk. On leaving the band to return to her solo roots, Izzy's Daughter has returned to London to take to stage and record her album, now finished and due for release in early 2013 along with an epic music video to support it. Last year saw Izzy's Daughter playing venues such at Epic TV Studio's and Norwich Waterfront. 2013 promises to be an explosive year.
