Four piece rock outfit from Blackpool, UK. Formed in 2006 by guitarist, Carl Taylor and drummer, Dave Dawson, and settling on the current lineup in October 2007. Durring the summer of 2007, Dave's brother, Rick took up the bassists role, with singer Pete Searle completing the lineup in that winter. Kaseno are: Pierre John-Paul Jackatie Searle - Vocals & Acoustic Guitar Sean Mott - Guitar Dave Dawson - Drums / Percussion Dave Ryan - Bass After the lineup completed, they had 6 weeks to write 8 songs for the Smirnoff UK RockQuest competition, in which they stormed through into the final with their first ever live performance. Beating off competion from seasoned acts to win both the unannimous judges decision and the audiences hearts. 2008 had them as finalists in every major competition they entered including the JD SoundCheck (Jack Daniels and Walkabout Bars) and the Bulmers Original RockQuest. They released their debut EP, Difference in Opinion in 2008 featuring fan favourites War Dance and Dreams. Also included were Falling Free and I Wanna Know. Kaseno are currently in the studio writing and recording new material for 2009 and beyond, with a number of dates already confirmed for early 09. Kaseno rehearse and record at Anchor Studios, Hutton, UK and are represented by cgEntertainment.
