DJ duo Leatherhead combine Tech-House grooves, grinding Electro, and everything in between, with their unique, raw and feral energy. Tom B learnt his trade spinning vinyl and through a mutual hunger for rhythm, beats, glitchy sounds and synths, combined forces with Dom Joseph, a drummer and drum programmer. Their live sets are causing carnage behind decks all over the UK and beyond, having already made their mark on 2009 at Rockness, Glastonbury, Snowbombing and slots all over Europe, including France, Austria and Ibiza.. Apart from their live and studio skills, the Head have launched their own label Fiasco London to promote themselves and other future superstars. Leatherhead and Fiasco’s debut single Salt City, a Tech-House creation with a top line melody that electrifies and bass that grooves and grinds is out in early 2010 with a feast of dates and festivals in support. Remixes from 10 Rapid and Ashley Slater (Freakpower) will be part of the package, along with DJ tools for future remixes and re-edits. 2009 has seen Leatherhead's remix work massively strengthen most notably with mixes for Kissy Sell Out on San City High, 10 Rapid on Exceptional Records and Burn The Negative on Gung HO. To celebrate the birth of the Fiasco Empire, Leatherhead have been running regular Fiasco parties, with themes that range from ski to beach! The Loose Cannons, Tom Staar, 10 Rapid, Kry Wolf, Ettica and many more have become part of the family with at least 5 events already penned for 2010. Supports for Fatboy Slim at the legendary Warehouse Project Manchester, the MixMag Christmas party at Matter and NYE in Stockholm with a midnight set round off 2009, but it certainly just feels like a warm up for a momentous 2010...
