Little Parades are a six-piece experimental, ambient post-rock band based in Leeds, UK. Little Parades met in 2010 shortly after enrolling at Leeds College of Music. The band soon exploded onto the Leeds music scene with a gig supporting Corrine Bailey Rae and introducing the world to their ambient orchestral soundscapes, taking influences from bands such as Efterklang, Explosions in the Sky and Sigur Rós. ‘Their set encapsulates a massive soundscape with beautifully layered, whispery vocals, sweeping guitar, electronica and crashing drums.
