MasterSystem is three possible groups: One thecollective output of three artists, busily blending conscious observations that flow like water over a solid backing of contemporary boom bap. Commenting on the various aspects of what we know as society, the group choose not to rep one city or particular way of life, instead focusing on the bigger picture, the aspects that effect us all. A blazing mixture of borderless UK hiphop in every sense of the word. Alternatively, MasterSystem are a young hip-hop group from Edinburgh, Scotland consisting of two female vocalists, one mc and one dj, bringing a unique brand of socially conscious, politically provocative and musically exciting sound. __________________________ Mastersystem is a Punk Band from a foul smelling town called Widnes, stuck hopelessly between Liverpool & Manchester, some songs border on satire while the rest are just about the strange stuff that goes through the heads of bored men/boys.
