There are 2 artists/bands under the Night Shift moniker. 1- Collaborative effort between the Russian trio Night Shift, and Olli Aarni from Finnland. An incredibly inventive sampledelic mash up of Russian folk melody, filmic referenced dialogue, field recordings and crushed and twisted electronic nuances. 2- -Milan Šćepanović (guitar, vocals) -Danijel Šćepanović (Drums) -Branislav Vukobratović (bass, vocals) After meeting his older brother Danijel at his birth, Milan was introduced to Branko at the age of 3, in the kindergarten. Since then the trio was, more or less, together throughout their lives. Their first gig took place in an elementary school in their own neighbourhood, Zemun. The date was January 11, 1991 and the band's repertoire consisted out of 5 songs, but nonetheless, audience was thrilled and it was a beginning of a story that is yet to be told. At the fall of 1993, the band was playing quite a number of gigs at Zemun's clubs and had 2 regular arrangements (one in a jazz club 'Magnum' and other in a rock club "Dunav-Fest"). One of the curiosities from this period was that the entrance to those clubs was restricted to minors, and there were those 3 kids on the stage that were severely underaged. From 1993. to 1998. band was busy playing shows in every club in Yugoslavia they could contact. During this period there was a fourth member, Igor, a keyboard player, but he retired at the winter of 1998. and begun to prepare a cradle for his son Demian, that was soon to be born. During 1999. and 2000. the band was touring extensively and decided to upgrade the level of their performances with the introduction of regular band's sound man and light engineer. 2001. besides 10. anniversary also brought band's decision to record an album. 2002. Album "Undercovers" was born. 2009. 'No cover' multimedial album was released, featuring video for opening song 'Snovi', which is the most expensive video in Serbian and Yugoslavian history. 9 weeks after it's release, 'Snovi' become No1 hit at MTV Serbia, MTV Croatia and MTV Slovenia.
