Oka Vanga are a a dynamic guitar duo, fronting a new wave of acoustic freestyle and blending instrumental folk, flamenco, and metal influences. Both accomplished performers in their own rights, Angela Meyer and William Cox came together to form their unique partnership in 2008. Originally from Cape Town SA, Angie mastered classical guitar, acoustic freestyle and flamenco playing whilst making her mark on the SA music scene before moving to London to pursue her music career and form the guitar duo ‘Oka Vanga’ with Will.
