[2006] The Pigs Might Fly founded in the October of 2006, the charter –and current- members are Baky András [drums], Kovács Gergely [guitar], Sándor Attila [vocal], Szűcs Sándor [bass], Tóth Róbert [guitar]. [2007] Their debut didn’t made people wait for a long time, ’cause after a half year of their born in the April of 2007 they performed their first concert. At spring their first single was put on [Fevarin EP], that wasn’t in the shops, but more thousands of people downloaded from the band’s myspace page. The EP brought unhoped success for the Pigs Might Fly, because both the me’tier and the audience liked it. Int he rest of the year concerts were int he lead. For example they made shows with the Subscribe, Blind Myself, Superbutt, The Idoru, ManGod INC. [2008] It was the time to make the second single among professional circumstances [Melophobia]. The records was put on in the Bakery Studio,people couldn’t buy it in the shops.It was downloaded by more then 40 000 people from the bands homepage, so the guys gained acquaintance from the whole country.National i-radios played their songs more times. At spring they made their first videoclip to the Left-Handed Polar Bear. After that with the Solution they made a territorial tour, and this tour lasted ’til the summer festival season. At summer the Pigs Might Fly made the first show abroad. In October the band celebrated the 2nd birthday with a full house concert [500 People]. In November the works of the first album was started in the Bakery Studio. [2009] In Februar the album was appeared [Pig City Life],by the care of the Edge Records. After that the group made a tour of 30 stages together with the Insane. Through the Spring more hungarian and foreign (Bulgaria) winnowing CDs featured the songs of the Pig City Life, and the Inverse Mermaid, Rose Plank were played in more europian radios. Now it’s the festival season , and the guys are working on the arrangements of the second clip, that’s premier will be in September!
