Rainbow Maniac are a four-piece indie band that are rising grandly from the loving arms of the Rhondda Valleys. They have just a few releases under their sleeve(s), but the credibility this band has, and have created for themselves, is phenomenal. From their selection on Soundcloud, to the enamour of their live performances, you’ll be sure to fall hard and fast in love with this indie quartet. Their selection of influences is somewhat easily read: Blues. Brit-rock. Good, old fashioned Rock’n’Roll. And there’s a good chance Alex Turner himself has been whispering sweet nothings to them personally, under the pretence of AM’s own hypnotising catalogue. But they also bring to the table their own feast of traits that make them such a unique band to admire. They’re the kind of band that make me want to shake loose any class I have attained through the years, and become the sleaziest, but most highly appealed, go-go dancer in a Quentin Tarantino Movie. Have a listen, and see for yourselves what this band will do to you. Conor Latcham - Lead vocals + guitar + songwriter Louis Jugessur - Lead guitar + harmonica Gavin Jenkins - Drums + vocals.
