With her Hepburn/gamin face and a voice that swoops and soars like the most beautiful free-spirited bird, Rosie first burst forth from her native Cornwall with her band Rosie And The Goldbug. Bright, poppy songs, aclaim, press attention, radio airplay, tv appearances, tours, international shows with one of Rosie’s early heroes, Cyndi Lauper; one thing led to another – GOOD – and to another – NOT SO GOOD – until, late last year (2009), Rosie decided to move forward, trusting just herself and her own musical instincts.
