The name came from a psychic lady living next door to Adam, insisting that the word 'Ruby' would be the lucky omen to break the band. Lots of her predictions came true and wiith the four members intact, the pieces of the jigsaw fell into place. After 2 months of songwriting and rehearsing, the band decided to do things differently – realising they didn’t quite fit the Indie buzz – the band decided to take their commercial music straight to the people – The summer ‘07 Rubylux took to the streets… They were sending over 300 people home with a CD after each impromptu street performance, each time gaining bigger crowds. The band have hugely expanded their fanbase, and have even gained ad synchs in Europe, America, Asia and Australia. With a vast array of influences, Rubylux have set their sights on making their own mark on the music scene.
