There is probably more than one artist or band performing under the name Sandwitch. 1. Sandwitch (http://www.myspace.com/sandwitchfolk) is a folk-based folk-rock duo living in Wales, consisting of Buddy Freebury and Andrea Freebury (formerly Andrea Hallier). They've been making music together since 1997, and in other configurations for many years, They issued their fourth CD, Going 4th ........ On to New Horizons in February, 2010, after a few years of being largely outside the music scene. Buddy is British, and Andrea comes originally from Germany. Their debut album Hourglass was released in Aug.2001 at Fairport Convention’s Cropredy Festival. Earlier releases included Spells & Charms (2002), and Crystal Ball (2004). They supported Fairport Convention twice, and Steve Gibbons in November 2003. They have appeared at the Oldenburger Kultursommer, the Whitby Festival, the Stainsby Folk Festival (2005), Burntwood Folk Festival (2005) and the The Two Rivers Festival Chepstow (2009)
