Simon Llewelyn Evans, born 1980 in Melbourne, Australia. He was raised near the Barwon River in Victoria by his loving mother and father. At the age of eighteen, he moved to Melbourne. At the age of twenty-four he traveled towards the deep South Pacific to live on a sacred island of Spiritual Blessing and practice in the Koro Sea. He remained there for three years. Simon returned to Australia in December 2007 and has been working on his first album, which consists of songs he wrote on the island in the Koro Sea. He currently resides near Warrandyte in Victoria. He works with nylon string guitar and voice. He is “Draw Mountains There”. Accompanied by the priestly flavors of Aaron Nakagawa, his island recordings became his solo step into the music world again.
