Sophie Hosken-Taylor is a singer-songwriter who writes and performs within the Folk/Pop genre. She regularly performs in the South West England area and has performed at venues such as The Colston Hall (Bristol), Westland Leisure Complex & The Orange Box (before it closed to become Tabernacle Junction) and then was the first musician to perform on the Tabernacle Junction stage (Yeovil). She also made an appearance at Yeovil's StreetFest 2010. She has self produced an album; It Could Have Been Worse (2011) and is available for download at http://www.sophiehoskentaylor.bandcamp.com She has collaborated with other writers and has recorded with Leopard Audio Productions and worked together on the track 'Kiwi' which is available on SoundCloud. Sophie takes influence from many artists such as Nick Drake, Joni Mitchell, Amy MacDonald, KT Tunstall, Jose Vanders and Bon Iver.
