Horacio Rey, better known by his artist name TALL BOY, is an American rapper. Starting his rise to fame in 2015 with his official debut album, “TALL BOY THE ALBUM“. Since then, he is considered to be a driving force in bringing back the West Coast hip hop scene and competing with many of his World Wide counterparts. Studying various influential rap albums in the early 2000 teens, TALL BOY developed a strategy to become a rapper himself.
