We are a band called The Aviators and we are based in Cambridge. We play many genres of music, from jazz-funk to psychedelic-rock, although we feed mainly upon the juiciness of the funk. We formed in November 2006 to satisfy the needs of an upcoming gig, and have played together ever since. We do some covers, as well as our own stuff, which is beginning to prove popular. We have experienced playing in the Cambridge Corn Exchange, local bars and street parties. We love to play whenever, however, wherever, and enjoy spreading the funk with our specially crafted funk knives... 2008 is set to be good year for us Aviators, and anyone who likes a nice slice of music. We are preparing ourselves for busking on the streets of Cambridge when weather picks up and we manage to get hold of battery amps. We also have a couple of gigs in the works up in North Norfolk as well as Ipswich, as Aviators love to branch out! Keep your eyes on our page, and groove to our tunes! Stay cool. The Aviators. 3)The Aviators are an alternative rock band from Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. 4) The Aviators from Spalding. A small local band who are going to be big.
