The track was recorded in Cauldron Studios, and was mixed by Chris Potterahead from the album Build Me A Swan which was released in 2011. Swirling Sounds The Chakras feature ethereal sounds coupled with soaring melodies and a strong rhythm section. The heavy usage of reverb, pitch shifting and distortion has led to comparisons with bands such as My Bloody Valentine, The Verve and Doves. Always experimenting with sounds in the studio, the band has constantly striven towards creating "exciting and original sounding records".
