In the later part of 2011, The Covelles were formed when a few young, energetic and experienced music students came together. Right from the start, it was obvious that their friendship would grow into something special, which came in the shape of a band. The guitarists met on santas knee back in 1994 and a few years later they would bump into Luke who would soon become their vocalist/bassist. Fast forward another 17 years and a brand new 4 piece erupted with the introduction of drummer Blair Murray. The boys glued together with true passion, ambition and love for music. The bands creative lifestyle and brain storms led them to create music and lyrics from all different backgrounds. The inspiration comes from simple things like the 60s, blues, funk and iconic rock bands, to the more complex things such as life, lust and loss.
