Heavily influenced by bands such as August Burns Red, Unearth, Underoath and UK heavy hitters Architects; The Escape Artist sucessfully fuse Heavy Metal with the UK's signature hardcore sound, resulting in a metalcore band like no other. The Escape Artist is not a pretentious ego-project of Sanna Komi, the stupidly talented and above mortal Finnish rockstar from Pintandwefall and Iisa's live band. It's your regular everyday music project conjured of hopes of fame and ridiculous amounts of money, because those are the things that are important in life. The Escape Artist live shows consist of songs accompanied by piano and/ or violin. This might be subject to change. It is our hope that one day you might be able to listen to these songs in your home, alone. Alone as in not accompanied by The Escape Artist, not alone as in sad and without friends or family. Although that's fine, too.
