1. The Jones Gang is a band with a good pedigree. Robert Hart, on vocals, used to sing with Bad Company and The Distance, as well as having an established solo career. He also has a lenghty songwriting history and has worked with numerous big names. Kenny Jones, drummer, played with The Faces, The Small Faces and The Who. Rick Wills, on bass, has worked with Peter Frampton's Camel, The Small Faces and Foreigner. Add to this a "Gang" of well known musicians, who play on a guest basis, such as Dave "Bucket" Colwell, Ronnie Wood(who also did the album artwork), Richie Barrett, Gary Grainger, Steve Smith, Josh Philips, and backing vocals by Hannah White, Andrea Dickenson, Mark Reid etc, and you have all the ingredients neccessary for an unbelievable album. Angel, written by Hart a long time ago, and on one of his previous albums, was released as a debut single in 2005 and spent 11 weeks at No.1 on the ACQB US Radio chart 2. Apart from that "The Jones Gang" is an improv-project featuring C Spencer Yeh (Burning Star Core) on drums and voice, Trevor Tremaine (Hair Police, Eyes and Arms of Smoke) on drums, Derek de Soleil (Tan As Fuck, Taiwan Deth) on saxophone, Satya Sai Jehovah (Wooden Wand) on voice and Wand Jehovah (Wooden Wand) on guitar.
