A singer, Gaelic native and clarsach player from Lewis, in the Outer Hebrides, Mischa Macpherson is joined by Conal McDonagh on Scottish border-pipes and whistles and guitarist Innes White. At 21 years old, she has performed to audiences across the globe having toured in Australia, Canada, Germany and Romania, as well as to leading UK folk festivals. In 2014 her music was brought to the forefront of the UK’s wider musical audience after a live session on BBC Radio 2 and a performance on the main stage of Fairport’s Cropredy Convention to an audience of 20,000 people, which received glowing reviews.
