The Resisters were a UK punk band who started in 1977 and lasted for four or five years. It also featured Susy Barry of The Innocents on drums. They were known to play gigs centering around "rights" issues like Rock against Racism, Squatters rights, Claimants Unions, Women's rights, etc. They also played Stonehenge, the Notting Hill Carnival and once toured Germany in an old ambulance. The band's only material was a self titled album released by the German label Trikont.
