The Self Help Group formed at the start of 2009 in Brighton. Armed with a collection of banjos, ukuleles,xylophones and guitars, they soon played their first live show in London and followed this with further shows throughout the year. They write simple, melodic songs about all manner of strange happenings from around the world.....
