Tilly Dalglish is a 16 year old folk singer-songwriter from Suffolk who has been writing and performing since she was just 13. BBC Suffolk Introducing said: "A 16 year old whose talent has left us dumbfounded" and Ipswich promoter Amy Soapbox said "Incredible 16 year old folk songstress Tilly Dalglish from Suffolk is an absolute delight. Wonderful voice with a beautiful tone. Check her out immediately - brilliant young star of the music world in the making" In 2013 she made her festival debut at Maddy Prior’s Stepping Stones Festival and at FolkEast , and played with the award winning Bellowhead. In 2014 she has had songs featured by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1, by Tom Robinson on the BBC 6 Radio Mixtape, she supported the “Songsisters Tour” of Fiona Bevan and Kal Lavelle, the folk rock legends Dave Swarbrick, Ashley Hutchings & Ken Nichol and launched her new EP “Painted Faces” at the FolkEast Festival where she played on the main stage.
