"With True Identity I want to bring across the feeling that you get when you are totally in the moment and display who you really are. For me this means making music that can give people a special feeling through melodies and make them dance!" His personal heroes reach from Michael Jackson to Trentemøller and from Daft Punk to Mozart. "I have an open mind and I get inspired by music from around the world" "What I love about music and what I try to bring across are melodic lines with a phat beat underneath." True Identity also stands for something more then a creative outlet; "It has been known for a long time that frequencies in music and audio have a phisical effect on the body. With True Identity I want to explore these possibilities on the dancefloor." Having played at prestigous festivals and events such as Sensation, Mysteryland and different national and international clubs, things are definately moving in the right direction. 3) True Identity is also a female vocal trio started in the realms of the Lovers Rock era, although established their love for singing during their active involvement in the church gospel choir. They grew up listening to The Emotions, The Jacksons, Andre Crouch, Al Green, Dennis Brown and of course plenty of Studio One. They pride themselves on vocal harmony creation, adding special effects that enhance material they may be presented with. They have been in demand to support leading Jamaican reggae acts on tour in the UK.
