The “Dutch project” - as this record project is often lovingly referred to - is a jjoint song writing venture between Dudás Tamás (Hungary) and Adriënn Pásztor (Netherlands). The seed for the project was unconsciously sewn in the winter of 2002, when by accident within a few hours Tamás and Adriënn wrote the song “In Your Eyes” for “Screen (www.screenrockband.hu)”, an old school Hungarian rock band. After the idea was born to do a joint record project, it took a while before Tamás and Adriënn got together for this purpose. This of course because Tamás was involved with the bands “Screen” and “Damn Natural (www.damnnatural.hu)” and Adriënn was doing here thing in the Dutch rock band “Skytah”. However, in September 2005 Tamás and Adriënn finally met in Utrecht, Netherlands. It was a magical period of 5 days, locked in the house or hidden in the park, in which nothing really existed, except the creative process from which the songs for this album emerged. In retrospect, this period is considered fruitful by both parties because of achieving iimmense creative and emotional growth. When Tamás got back to Hungary, the real work started of arranging the songs. Under the guidance of Tamás, 10 songs (Don’t Cat Me Up, In Between, Join Hands, Devils Smile, Living Dream, I’m Free, Who Am I, Never ending Road, Loser, In Your Eyes) were arranged by “Screen” and 3 songs (Everybody Runs, Phoenix, Turn of the Wheel) by “Damn Natural”. These songs appeared on the first album of the new born band “Urban Angel (www.urbanangel.hu)” titled “Evilution”. In August 2006 Adriënn came to Sajoszentpéter, Hungary to record the main vocals for this album. During her stay in Hungary, Adriënn also appeared as special guest at a “Screen” gig (which was announced in an interview about the Dutch project on Top Radio) and at a “Damn Natural” performance. The songs received a lot of positive feedback from the audience, which is why the Dutch project - resulting in the establishment of the new band “Urban Angel” - might be extended in terms of promotional activities and a follow up album. For Adriënn it was amazing to work with so many beautiful and talented people
