http://www.zimbaremabwe.org/splash.asp http://www.myspace.com/linoswengara Zimbaremabwe is a collective of musicians, led by Linos Wengara Magaya, playing traditonal mbira music, and zimbabwean style full band sets which follow the mbira pattern but also using modern electric instruments and drum kit; we also do reggae with mbira. Zimbaremabwe are based in Brighton UK, but travel the south of England regularly. Zimbaremabwe has its roots in the spiritual values of traditional Zimbabwean culture. In our work we display a positive image of this culture to share with all people, and do not involve ourselves with politics.
