Festival Office & Shop
Situated on the Kinecroft, the Festival Office & Shop is the focal point for camping ticket sales (also available at the campsite), accessibility requests, merchandise and information. Open 10.00-20.00 Thursday, 10.00-22.00 Friday, 10.00-22.00 Saturday, 10.00-20.00 Sunday.
Stewards
BunkFest Stewards will be at every event to ensure all goes smoothly. They are there to help, so please ask if you have any queries.
First Aid
First Aid cover is provided during the daytime and evening. The First Aid Post is located near the centre of the Kinecroft at the Western (Big Stage) end of the East - West path - if you have a problem and cannot get there please notify a BunkFest Steward.
Baby Changing
Baby Changing facilities provided by the National Childbirth Trust are located near the Children's events on the Kinecroft.
Toilets
There are toilets located on the Kinecroft by Centre 70 opposite the Coach & Horses. Disabled toilets can be found here, in the Cattle Market car park and in the High Street by the supermarket.
Lost Property
Please hand in any lost items to the Festival Office & Shop. This does not include bewildered Morris people or individuals carrying bodhrans.
Car Parking - Park and Ride
If you are coming to BunkFest by car please use the excellent Park & Ride service operated by Thames Travel from the Hithercroft Road Industrial area.
Camping
The camping facilities at Wallingford Sports Park are equipped with showers, toilets and a fully licensed bar. Please see the Tickets page for booking details. Full details of facilities etc. will be provided when you make a booking. Caravans and camper vans are welcome but must be booked in advance.
The Campsite Office will be open Thursday 12.00-21.00, Friday 10.00-21.00, Sat 08.00-21.00, Sun 08.00-12.00. Camping tickets may be purchased there. Please note that no dogs except Assistance Dogs are allowed on the campsite or anywhere else at Wallingford Sports Park. If you wish to bring a dog there is an independent campsite which allows them if kept on a lead - Bridge Villa Caravan and Camping Park - Tel: 01491 836860. There are also 2 boarding kennels nearby; Downlands Boarding Kennels - Tel: 01491 651053 and Avalon Boarding Kennels & Cattery - Tel: 01491 836103.
The Pavilion Café will be serving food throughout the festival, with hot food available at these times: Breakfast Sat & Sun 08.30 to 11.00, Late Night Festival Club food Fri & Sat 23.00 - late. Lighter bites will be available at all times when open.
