16 August - 02 September 2018
The warmest of welcomes awaits at Castell Roc.
Take an absolutely gorgeous Welsh Castle. Add a big stage, a great sound system and quality theatre lighting. Squeeze in a superb bar selling quality local ales, ciders, quality wines and spirits. Mix in locally sourced food outlets. Finally sprinkle with an array of amazing stars of the stage and “viola” you have the perfect recipe for an evening out and a taste of CASTELL ROC FESTIVAL which is a real hidden gem.
Held inside the historic walls of Chepstow Castle and hosting a variety of different shows to suit all tastes, the Festival has been nationally praised for its relaxed atmosphere as well as its world class Venue. It’s not like Glastonbury, for one it’s small (but perfectly formed), it’s definitely quaint, it’s intimate, the acoustics in the enclosed arena are astonishing, it’s perfect for all ages and it is by far much prettier. Don’t think mud and expensive plastic bottled beer, think more pints of locally sourced real ales, ciders and of course food all set on the beautifully manicured lawns. Are we getting the picture?
The Festival has proudly grown over the years attracting bigger and better acts to perform which is no mean feat, especially seeing as it is actually a community based Festival. A star studded array of brilliant shows are lined up, ready for August 2018.
Tickets to these shows do sell out really fast, with fans flocking from all over the UK and Europe (as well as attracting sales from Canada & USA), to enjoy seeing the big stars ‘under the stars’. The shows on offer are usually reserved for Inner City locations, so a chance to see these Artistes in such a picturesque Venue is what makes things so special.
Tickets to all shows are strictly limited, however if you head over to www.castellroc.co.uk you can grab yourselves currently discounted ‘Earlybird’ tickets, plus get loads of information on each of the shows as well as the Venue.
