Welcome to HOPE & GLORY – a weekend of incredible live music, art and outrageous silliness in the heart of Liverpool on the 5th-6th of August 2017.
Try to imagine the very best bands, combined with a decadent Victoriana carnival, with a heavy dose of outrageous sideshows, and you’ll begin to get a picture of what HOPE & GLORY festival is.
This brand new festival for Liverpool, taking place on 5 & 6 August, is set against the stunning Victorian backdrop of the World Museum, City Library and St. George’s Hall and Gardens.
With weekend tickets priced at just £89 (inclusive of booking fee), you can expect a glorious mix of incredible music, comedy and fun – all within a few hundred yards of Lime Street station.
The main stage music for the weekend will be on The Great Exhibition stage. The second stage will deliver different delights across the weekend and will be called The Wonders Of The Age stage on the Saturday and The Wonders of the Age stage on Sunday.
Our general bars area will be signposted as THE HOOP & STICK. Our gin palace (yes palace because even the best festival knows how to be pretentious!) can be found at MOTHER’S RUIN and you can even get your lips around champagne and cocktails at PRINCE ALBERT’S LITTLE SECRET. Just look for the signs!
We’re going one step further than most festivals and will be dishing up culinary delights across the festival. If you’ve never had a barbeque from the engine of a mini then this may well be your chance.
There will be a selection of foods including plenty for the carnivores amongst you but also great food for vegans and vegetarians….oh….and ice-creams….there has to be ice-cream!
