With a real passion for celebrating the wonders of world music, world food and in their own words ‘world love’, the Kaya Weekender is a world music festival which brings together influences from Africa, the Caribbean, Latin countries, Europe and more. The music can be enjoyed alongside a diverse range of workshops, festival activities and inviting food stalls.
The festival has been held in a number of different locations, originally in North Wales, but is now set in the grounds of Margam County Park near Port Talbot. 2015 will be the fourth year of the festival which was started by Thabani Nyoni and Dece Gambe back in 2012.
