Founded in 2013 Llanwddyn Weekend of Folk and Acoustic Music celebrates local artists as well as inviting others in to enjoy the weekend. It takes place annually at the Llanwddyn Village Hall at Lake Vyrnwy in Powys and includes many additional activities including craft stalls, read ale and quality food to enjoy.
In 2015 Llanwddyn Weekend of Folk and Acoustic Music has a number of acts already confirmed including Box Fox, Bernard Wrigley, The New Rope String Band, Anthony John Clarke and the Penybontfawr Choir. The organisers have also planned a Ceilidh/Twmpath for the Friday night with a Hog Roast included to kick the festival off with a real bang.
