The London International Arts Festival, known as LIAF for short, is a celebration of the many cultures that call London's East End their home and takes places in some of the landmark venues of that area.
It is hosted by the non-profit organisation, Dhruv Arts, that provides music workshops and education for people of all ages with performances of Carnatic, South Asian and world art forms. The event itself is curated by South Indian famed violinist Jyotsna Srikanth.
The first LIAF took place in 2012 and has since featured artists from far and wide across the globe like India, Mexico, Serbia, Turkey, Greece, Poland and North America. Alongside world-class concerts, LIAF offers hands-on masterclasses providing a platform for cross-cultural multi-generational interaction.
