Priston Festival
Priston Festival is a charitable society and was formed by a group of local people in 2008 in order to create a regular annual festival which would allow us to celebrate local music and artistic talent - hence their slogan "Live 'N' Local"! It was registered as a charity in August 2011 (Reg. no. 1143394).
It stages an event which has a broad range of music at various venues across the village of Priston near Bath, Somerset - previous festivals have included folk, jazz, blues, rock, choral and classical music. The festival also provide singing and dancing workshops, film, and literary events as well as children's art projects.
This year expect a market open from 11am every morning, live music outside from the likes of Paul Armfield and Anon-Amos alongside events for the kids including workshops and storytelling.
